RETURN AND​ EXCHANGE POLICY​

NO RETURNS​

  • Due to hygienic reasons ALL PANTIES ARE FINAL SALE and CANNOT be return or exchange.​

EXCHANGE POLICY​

  • BRA in their original, unworn condition and original tags still attached can be exchange.​
  • If you wore the BRA once to try out the fit, that’s OK!​
  • However, BRA cannot be exchange if stretched out or washed or cannot be resale due to hygienic issues found on the merchandise during the Quality evaluation process.​
  • Munique NewYork reserves the right to deny an exchange of merchandise if said merchandise does not meet the requirements outlined in our Exchange Policy.​
  • If you receive your item(s) damaged or the incorrect item(s) have been sent, please email us at customerservice@muniquenewyork.com no later than 3 days from the date the merchandise was received.​
  • Please be sure to note what sort of damage and upload a photo of the damaged item. ​
  • Only products purchased through www.muniquenewyork.com may be exchange for damages or an incorrect item(s) sent. All items must be unworn with original tags in placed.​

REPLACEMENT​

  • We will send the replacement as soon as merchandise is received and passed brand Quality Department evaluation.​
  • If no product available for exchange, Munique NewYork will issue credit coupon minus the shipping cost for future shopping. The credit coupon will be valid for 30 days from the issue date.
